Fast Restriction Enzymes

Molecular cloning is a technique commonly used in every biology laboratory. One of the most critical things in this technique is the selection, addition or deletion of correct restriction sites (which are several in number). Each restriction site is a unique sequence of 6 alphabets (each letter coding for a single amino acid). This sequence and other details about the optimum conditions for digestion of the DNA are important for the experiment. This feature will make all of this information available at our finger tips.
